By placing an order with MoCreatee, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
π« Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of our products, MoCreatee does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the mistake was made on our part. -
No refunds will be issued for errors caused by customer oversight, such as:

Misspelled names, incorrect dates, or wording approved in final proof.

Low-quality or blurry photos submitted by the customer.
-
Missed delivery due to incorrect addresses or late approval.

You may cancel your order only before digital proofs are sent.
Once your order enters the design phase and proofs are submitted for your review, no cancellations or refunds will be honored.
πΌοΈ Proof Approval Responsibility

You will receive a digital proof of your custom design before production begins.

You are fully responsible for reviewing and approving the proof.

This includes spelling, grammar, colors, layout, and product details.

Once the proof is approved, MoCreatee is not responsible for any mistakes found after production has started.
πΈ Photo/Image Quality

Please upload clear, high-resolution images.
-
If you provide a blurry, pixelated, or dark photo, it will print exactly as submitted.

MoCreatee is not responsible for poor print quality due to low-quality images.
β° Processing & Rush Fees

Standard turnaround times:
-
Small orders (under 10 items): 2 weeks minimum notice required.

Large/party orders (10+ items): 3 weeks minimum notice required.

Rush Orders:
-
If you select a delivery or pickup date less than 2 weeks away, a rush fee starting at $20 will automatically apply.

You will be sent an updated invoice reflecting the rush fee.

If the rush fee invoice is not paid within 12 hours, your order will be canceled without notice.

π Shipping & Delivery
Β Once your order has been shipped, MoCreatee is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable packagesdue to carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.), weather, incorrect addresses, or restricted delivery locations (e.g. Airbnb).
If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
β Final Order Agreement
By completing checkout, you confirm that:

You accept full responsibility for the details you provide and approve.

You understand that once your proof is approved, the sale is final.

You agree to pay any required rush fees based on your requested timeline.
